Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and the nature of natural products, the following cannot be returned:

Opened or used products  ·  Perishable or consumable goods  ·  Items purchased during a sale or promotion  ·  Gift cards


Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product and packaging.

We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund — no questions asked.


How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at support@lostnaturals.in with your order number and reason.

2. We’ll confirm eligibility and share the return address within 1–2 business days.

3. Ship the item back. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Bank processing times may vary. If you haven’t received your refund after 7 days, please check with your bank before reaching out to us.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
