At Lost Naturals, we take pride in crafting premium fragrances with the highest quality standards. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we aim to provide a smooth and transparent return and cancellation experience.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns & Replacements
Due to the personal nature of perfumes, we do not accept returns for opened or used products. However, we do offer replacements under the following conditions:
Eligible for Return/Replacement:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong item
- The product is leaking or defective
Not Eligible:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Used or partially consumed products
- Minor packaging differences that do not affect product quality
3. Return Process
- Email us at support@lostnaturals.in within 48 hours of delivery
- Include:
- Order ID
- Clear images or video of the product
- Description of the issue
- Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours
- Once approved, we will initiate the replacement or refund process
4. Replacement Policy
- Once approved, a replacement will be shipped at no extra cost
- If the product is unavailable, we may offer:
- Store credit
- Refund to the original payment method
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only if a replacement is not possible
- It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account
6. Shipping Charges
- Return shipping (if applicable) will be covered by Lost Naturals for eligible cases
- Shipping charges are non-refundable for non-defective returns
