Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using lostnaturals.in, placing an order, or engaging with any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes your acceptance.

Eligibility

To place an order you must be at least 18 years of age and provide accurate, complete information at checkout. By placing an order you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Products and descriptions

We take every effort to describe our products accurately, including fragrance notes, concentration levels, and bottle sizes. Slight variations in product images may occur due to screen calibration or minor packaging updates and do not constitute a defect.

Fragrance products may cause allergic reactions in some individuals. We recommend performing a patch test before full application. Lost Naturals shall not be liable for adverse skin reactions resulting from use contrary to our guidance. Our products are formulated in compliance with IFRA (International Fragrance Association) guidelines.

Orders and payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Receipt of an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance — we reserve the right to cancel or modify any order at our discretion.

We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, Cash on Delivery (where available), and WhatsApp order payments. In case of a payment failure where your account is debited but no order is confirmed, the amount will be reversed within 5–7 business days.

Lost Naturals will never ask for your full card number, CVV, or banking password via any channel.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. Free shipping applies to orders above ₹1,499.

Shipping and delivery

We ship across India. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times are 3–5 business days for metro cities and 5–8 business days for other areas. A tracking number will be shared via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

Lost Naturals shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +91 88261 59200 or email support@lostnaturals.in.

Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect. Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic or video evidence.

Fragrance preference is subjective and is not a valid reason for return. We encourage customers to read product descriptions thoroughly before purchase.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Intellectual property

All content on lostnaturals.in — including the brand name, logo, product names, images, descriptions, and website design — is the exclusive property of Lost Naturals and is protected under Indian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Limitation of liability

Lost Naturals provides its website and products on an “as is” basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, or for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act 2019, Information Technology Act 2000, and Indian Contract Act 1872. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
