Return & Cancellation Policy

At Lost Naturals, we take pride in crafting premium fragrances with the highest quality standards. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we aim to provide a smooth and transparent return and cancellation experience.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns & Replacements

Due to the personal nature of perfumes, we do not accept returns for opened or used products. However, we do offer replacements under the following conditions:

Eligible for Return/Replacement:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is leaking or defective

Not Eligible:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Used or partially consumed products
  • Minor packaging differences that do not affect product quality

3. Return Process

  1. Email us at support@lostnaturals.in within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include:
    • Order ID
    • Clear images or video of the product
    • Description of the issue
  3. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours
  4. Once approved, we will initiate the replacement or refund process

4. Replacement Policy

  • Once approved, a replacement will be shipped at no extra cost
  • If the product is unavailable, we may offer:
    • Store credit
    • Refund to the original payment method

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only if a replacement is not possible
  • It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account

6. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping (if applicable) will be covered by Lost Naturals for eligible cases
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable for non-defective returns
