Orders ~
If a product is out of stock, you can join the waitlist by clicking “Notify Me” on the product page. We restock regularly and will email you as soon as it’s available. For urgent requests, write to us at support@lostnaturals.in.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also log into your Lost Naturals account and visit “My Orders” to check real-time status.
Orders with multiple items may sometimes ship in separate packages to ensure safe delivery. If your tracking shows everything as delivered but an item is still missing, please contact us within 48 hours at support@lostnaturals.in and we’ll sort it out promptly.
Lush wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you wish to return a product, please contact Customer Care to obtain a return authorization and receive further instructions.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in original packaging. To initiate a return, email us at support@lostnaturals.in with your order number and reason. Please note that opened skincare or wellness products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. After that, they enter processing and cannot be changed. Please reach out immediately at support@lostnaturals.in or call our helpline and we will do our best to assist.
Products ~
Yes. Every Lost Naturals product is formulated with plant-based, naturally derived ingredients. We never use parabens, sulphates, synthetic fragrances, or artificial dyes. Full ingredient lists are available on each product page.
Most of our products are formulated to be gentle and suitable for sensitive skin. Each product page includes a skin-type guide. We recommend doing a patch test on your inner wrist 24 hours before full application, especially if you have known allergies.
All Lost Naturals products are cruelty-free — we never test on animals. The majority of our range is also vegan; any product that contains a natural animal-derived ingredient (such as beeswax or raw honey) will be clearly labelled on the product page.
Natural formulations are best kept away from direct sunlight and heat. Store products in a cool, dry place — ideally below 30°C. Some products, such as facial serums or vitamin C formulas, benefit from refrigeration to extend their potency. Storage guidance is printed on each product label.
Shelf life varies by product. You’ll find a “Period After Opening” (PAO) symbol on every product indicating how many months it’s best used after opening. Unopened products generally last 12–24 months when stored correctly.
Yes! We run a take-back programme for empty Lost Naturals packaging. Return 5 or more empty containers to earn a discount on your next order. Details on participating locations and our mail-back option are available on our Sustainability page.
Ingredients ~
We work with trusted farmers and ethical suppliers across India and select international partners. Many of our hero botanicals — like ashwagandha, neem, rose, and turmeric — are sourced directly from organic farms in Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, and Tamil Nadu.
Absolutely. Our formulas are free from parabens, sulphates (SLS/SLES), phthalates, mineral oils, PEGs, synthetic colours, and artificial fragrances. We follow a strict “free from” list to ensure every product is as clean as possible.
Some of our products are lightly scented with pure essential oils. If you are sensitive to essential oils or are pregnant, we recommend checking the full ingredient list on the product page or reaching out to us before purchasing.
Gift Cards ~
E-gift cards are delivered instantly to the recipient’s email address after payment is confirmed. If the email hasn’t arrived within 15 minutes, please check the spam folder or contact us at support@lostnaturals.in.
Physical gift cards are shipped within 1–2 business days and arrive within 4–7 business days depending on your location. Expedited options may be available at checkout for last-minute gifting.
Gift cards can be redeemed on lostnaturals.in at checkout. If we have pop-up stores or retail partners near you, physical gift cards may also be accepted there — check our Store Locator for details.
If your chosen physical gift card design is unavailable, we will substitute it with our closest available design and notify you by email before dispatch. The value and validity of the card remain unchanged.
Payments ~
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets including Paytm and PhonePe. EMI options are available on eligible orders above ₹1,999.
Yes. All transactions on lostnaturals.in are secured with SSL encryption and processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store your card details.
