Welcome to LOST Naturals. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of lostnaturals.in (the "Website") and any purchase you make on it. Please read them carefully. By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

The Website is owned and operated by Bluepear Innovative Solutions Private Limited, a company incorporated in India, which owns the LOST Naturals brand ("LOST Naturals", "we", "us", "our").

2. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with the "Last updated" date, applies to your use of the Website and to any order you place at that time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from the Website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.

4. Your account

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or close accounts that are used in breach of these terms.

5. Our products

We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, colours may look slightly different on different screens. Our formulations use natural oils, so colour and scent may vary slightly between batches. This is natural and is not a defect.

Fabric care: Our fragrances are rich in natural oils, and some carry natural colour, so they may leave marks on certain fabrics. We recommend applying them to the skin and letting them settle before contact with clothing. We are not responsible for marks on, or damage to, clothing, accessories or other materials resulting from use of our products.

6. Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of all taxes. Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown separately at checkout.

We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, wallets and Partial Cash on Delivery. Online payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card details.

We may change prices at any time. Changes won't affect orders that have already been confirmed.

7. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. You'll receive an order confirmation by email once your order is placed, and a contract is formed when we dispatch your order.

We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price or description is shown in error, your pin code isn't serviceable, or we suspect a fraudulent transaction. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund the full amount with no deductions.

8. Coupons and offers

• Coupons and offers are valid only for the period and conditions stated with them.
• Unless stated otherwise, only one coupon can be used per order.
• Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.
• We may withdraw or change an offer at any time, and cancel orders where we believe a coupon has been misused.
• If you receive a refund on an order that used a coupon, the refund is for the amount you actually paid.

9. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery policy. Cancellations, claims and refunds are governed by our Returns, Cancellation & Refunds policy. Both form part of these terms.

10. Reviews and content you share

Reviews you post must be honest, based on your own experience, and must not be abusive, misleading, unlawful or promotional. We may moderate or remove reviews that don't meet these standards. By posting a review, you allow us to display it on the Website and in our communications.

11. Intellectual property

The LOST Naturals name, logo, product names, images, text, designs and all other content on the Website belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission.

12. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Website. This includes attempting unauthorised access, interfering with how it works, placing fraudulent orders, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

13. Third-party links and services

The Website may link to or use third-party services such as payment, courier and social media platforms. We aren't responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms apply.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month of receiving it.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights under consumer protection law, the courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Website.
